Multi-project manager in SAP (m/f/d)

Your chance: shaping, learning, networking! In the Ministry of Finance of the Land of Hesse, the threads of the nationwide SAP procedures are collaborating – at a central point: with you. In this role, the Hessian Ministry of Finance manages several parallel projects around the regional administration's SAP systems – from strategic orientation to prioritization to successful implementation. In this varied and responsible position, you take on diverse and responsible tasks in managing SAP projects: Not only do you control individual projects, but you coordinate a complex landscape image of parallel SAP transformations. You keep an eye on dates, budgets and resources across project boundaries and work closely with the Hessian Competence Center for New Management Control (HCC) as a central SAP service provider and other business partners. This makes sure that the digitalization of the financial centre is progressing significantly – and how a whole federal state manages. Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Control of several parallel SAP projects and programs including interdisciplinary project teams and external Planning, coordination and monitoring of budget, resources, timetables and quality objectives at programme level. Control and support of SAP transformation, migration and S/4HANA implementation projects. Building and continuous development of project management standards, governance structures and PMO processes. Preparation, organisation and moderation of board sessions as well as structured reporting to management and stakeholders on different Risk, change and escalation management on program and Structured monitoring of the SAP project portfolio with focus on status, dates, resources, risks and dependencies.

A successfully completed academic degree (Master or Diploma University or Master) from the fields of economics, computer science, business informatics, business management or comparable discipline, alternatively a comparable qualification that helps us advance our digitalization initiatives. About five years of relevant professional practice in the management of complex SAP projects and multi-project environments ideally from an environment with high interface complexity and proven control of external IT service providers. Funded knowledge of the program management of complex SAP transformation projects, in particular of SAP S/4HANA introductions, migrations, rollouts or conversions Proven methodological competence in agile and/or hybrid project management approaches (e.g. SAFe, PRINCE2, PMI). Embossed organisational capacity and the ability to combine different technical requirements and interests diplomatically and also enforceablely and to translate them into digital solutions. The ability to prepare complex issues for different target groups and decision-making levels in an address-oriented manner and to communicate them with a secure occurrence. Team orientation: Joy in the professional leadership of interdisciplinary teams as well as in the control and monitoring of cross-departmental voting and project processes. Future orientation: The will to promote digitization in the Hessian state administration as an active driver.
