Working in the module and service management in the field of SAP-WM and SAP MM-IM and ensuring ongoing operation Active cooperation in 2nd and 3rd level support and contact for the (Global) key users in business Further development and design of the SAP World Cup and SAP MM-IM service offering in coordination with our business partners Cooperation and (partial) project management in innovative SAP projects mainly in the field of logistics incl. Requirements analysis, conception, implementation and testing and production Consulting and support our business partners for process management, optimization and development and design of logistics business processes within our SAP-ERP WM/MM-IM application landscapes Creation and implementation of solution concepts in particular in the field of warehouse management with SAP WM/MM-IM or also S/4 stockroom management as well as SAP EWM and connection of external third-party applications such as hand scanners and mobisys or external storage systems (cardioc etc.) Support in creating program, system and user documentation as well as training of key users Participation in coordinating external IT service providers Coordination and active cooperation in the implementation and testing of software components and developments This location can be occupied at the locations in Düsseldorf, Kassel, Bremen, Kiel, and Unterlüß or possibly remotely.

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics, economics or training with a comparable background Multiannual professional experience in consulting and application management, especially in the SAP WM / MM-IM environment with comparable tasks Knowledge about business processes in the field of warehouse and inventory management and adjacent logistics processes Good to very good knowledge in the field of SAP WM / MM-IM as well as adjacent SAP ERP modules such as QM and PP of advantage (Customizing; Debugging desirable and at best programming knowledge) First experiences with SAP EWM and the transformation of SAP WM to SAP EWM desirable Knowledge in the support of SAP interfaces as well as in the connection of non-SAP systems such as Kardex storage systems and hand scanners ideally desirable with mobisys Wide-ranging knowledge and experience in business process modeling as well as IT project management and ITIL Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Self-responsible action combined with active teamwork and a result-oriented operation High service and service orientation combined with high flexibility, durability and readiness to use
