Your duties • Qualified care of a permanent staff member in all personal and accounting questions including Payment and reporting and certification • Responsible for the occupation of vacancies including complete processing of application management • Contact person and staff support • Care, advice and support in all labour and personal matters • creation and modification of employment contracts and support in the event of termination of employment or Implementation of individual staff measures • Further optimization of HR reporting • Constructive cooperation with management and works council

Your profile • Successfully completed commercial training, ideally further training as a specialist (m/w/d) • Mind.2 - 5 years of professional experience in human resources as a specialist/generalist with a wide range of tasks • Experience with IT-supported human resources management systems and MS office applications • Contact and communication strength as well as team skills • Reliability, resilience, and analytical thinking • Basic labour law knowledge • good knowledge of social security and pay tax law • High level of communication skills, self-initiative and social competence • Dynamic being, human knowledge and positive radiation • Embossed analytical and organizational skills
