Development, qualification and implementation of innovative composite materials (composites) and associated manufacturing processes for structural components in aviation applications Technical project responsibility in close coordination with internal customers, including budget and resource planning Compilation of technical and financial project status reports and continuous reporting to management Participation in national and international research and development projects with internal and external partners Documentation and evaluation of material testing and technical approvals for production applications Close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams in an international environment

Complete further education on the technician or specialist with a focus on chemistry, materials technology or engineering Multiannual professional experience in engineering environment, ideally in materials / composite technologies Knowledge of material testing and first experience in project-related cooperation Safe handling of project management methods and structured, independent operation Very good English skills in word and writing to work in international teams Communication strength, analytical thinking ability and high commitment and team orientation
