You actively support customer accounts across the entire life cycle of our machines You act as a central point of contact for all support requests and form the interface to local sales and service organisations You create spare parts lists, procurement templates, customer-specific service products and complex offers You identify sales opportunities and drive the proactive distribution of spare parts, services, upgrades and digital solutions You actively promote the use of digital products and support new customers professionally during onboarding You visit customers worldwide and maintain long-term, trusted relationships on site

You have a completed study or alternatively a successfully completed technical or commercial training with appropriate training You ideally have professional experience in technical customer service and first experience in sales You have good knowledge of MS Office and SAP You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You bring the willingness to travel worldwide You convince with their sales strength, a structured and proactive way of working and a pronounced customer orientation.
