Organization of National & International Congresses/Events Planning & Registration, Standing Design, Technical Coordination, Logistics, Sponsoring Activities, Participation in Meetings, On-site Care, Preparation Coordination of internal & external partners Coordination with trade fair builders, agencies, sales, distributors, and company-internal Social Media & Video Production Project-related support of digital marketing Project support in sales & key user marketing in the ERP system Advanced video production & product visualization creation of product-related videos, updates of product images, support of external video rotation. Support in the development of content and cooperation with design agencies 3D Printing & Fair Materials Design and Implementation of 3D Printing Parts for Congresses Device management for congresses Administration of the marketing congress camp, device testing, internal voting Travel & Participant organisation Hotel/Air/Travel bookings, Transfers, Voting with participants & service providers Sales with CRM practical knowledge or willingness to learn Salesforce

Commercial training, ideally in marketing or corresponding studies Multiannual experience in congress and/or event management Independent working, good coordination skills High flexibility and creativity readiness to travel national and international, if necessary Teammate Safe handling of MS Office 365 Very good knowledge of German and English
