For the Global Site Development department, we are looking for a*n motivated intern who supports us in the field of global location development. As part of global location development, we focus on the areas of asset class office, warehouse and logistics in the Stuttgart area. As an intern at Mercedes-Benz AG, you have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in one of the leading companies in the automotive industry. Your tasks in detail: Support in the planning and implementation of land management projects (mobility/rental/refurbishment strategy, e.g. through portfolio work and provision of required data)

Analysis and assessment of area requirements and availability (occupancy concepts, user regulations as well as lease agreements and negotiations, etc.)

Creation of reports and presentations

Support in optimizing surface processes and developing alternative process processes (knowledge transfer and internal interface specification)

Cooperation in the design of cooperation models with interfaces and external partners

Independent development and control of the development and implementation of digitalisation instruments in area management

The activity can begin from March 2026.

Immatriculatedr Studentin in Facility Management, Real Estate Management, Architecture, Business Administration or Similar

Secure knowledge of German in word and writing

IT skills as well as very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Analytical way of thinking and structured working
