We are looking for our prestigious customer in Esslingen, an office businessman (m/w/d) with the following tasks and requirements:

♪ Your duties

• General office activities and office organization / classic back office tasks / documentation and data management
• Creation and processing of offers and invoices after voting
• Pre- and post-preparations for financial accounting, such as pre-configuration of accounts and receipts, as well as the control of the invoice output and payment receipt
• Working time recording
• management of personnel files and creation of work contracts

Your profile

• Commercial training and professional experience in office management
• Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• independent, structured and careful operation
• Accountant understanding would be advantageous
• Contact and friendly appearance
• Priority talent, even in stressful situations
• Embossed service orientation
