For our customers, a well-known company from the electrical industry, we are looking for you as a CAM programmer (gn)

How does your working day look

• Definition of the optimal machining sequence, clamping means and tools for machining of engine components for different materials and different machining states
• Creation of CNC programs with Siemens NX-CAD/CAM for turning, milling (incl. 5-axis) and rotary milling machines and perform a collision assessment
• Determination of geometry data and definition of technology data using tool suppliers and tool database
• Creation of work documents (e.g. chucking diagrams, tool lists, equipment specifications) and support of machine operators
• Configure, maintain, maintain and test the NC programming system and system and application software within the NC programming and ensure operational readiness
• Optimization of the post processors for the CNC machines used, optionally with the help of the software manufacturer
• Signing users and running training

What distinguishes you for the job

• Successfully completed training in the field of industry and further training to the technician (gn) or master (gn) with the subject of mechanics and machining
• Multiannual experience in cutting various engine components in the technologies turning, milling, drilling and grinding
• Experience in the construction and operation of CNC machines, CNC controls (Sinumerik 840D, Heidenhain) and the construction of CNC programs
• Knowledge gained in the application of CAD-CAM programs, are absolute experts in Siemens NX-CAD/CAM, technology data and tool databases as well as knowledge in the programming and optimization of post processors and simulations in the software Siemens NX-CAD/CAM
