Motivation to make a real contribution to the energy and heat transition, and you want to put in other things with your passion – if you spray with enthusiasm, you are right here! A completed technical/energy-economic bachelor's or master's degree programme and already first practical experience (e.g. in the form of internships, student work, practical completion work) Openness for agile structures and the courage and curiosity to try something new You are a team player (m/w/d) who likes to work independently at the same time, reflecting responsibility and initiative in your work You can work into new and complex themes and process them responsibly – with a pronounced critique and learning ability you can advance in your personal development Proactive, solution- and target-oriented thinking and technology affinity Communication strength and understanding how to create a professional standing in your team, colleagues and stakeholders (m/w/d) You are able to agree at least on level B2 in professional and social situations
