We are looking for a dedicated product manager (m/w/d) for geoinformation systems (GIS). If you have a passion for geodata and innovative geodesy solutions, we look forward to meeting you! Your tasks: Product strategy and development: You are driving forward the development and implementation of our product strategy in the field of geodesy and GIS – from the first idea to market launch to continuous development. Requirement management: You analyze the needs of our users (public administration, municipal institutions, citizens) and derive concrete requirements for our geodata products. Coordination and communication: You work closely with internal specialist departments, external partners and development teams and coordinate them to ensure successful implementation of our products. Market and trend analysis: You observe market and technology trends in geodesy and geoinformation and integrate relevant innovations into our product development. Product Roadmap: You develop and maintain a clear product roadmap and ensure that targets are achieved in time and within the budget.

Qualification: Completed studies in the field of geodetic, geoinformatics or surveying or a comparable subject Expertise: Multiannual practical experience in the product world, ideally in the field of geodesy, geoinformation systems (GIS) and/or related technologies Affinity for technology: knowledge of GIS technologies, geodata management and relevant software solutions (e.g. QGIS, ArcGIS, Web-GIS, PostgreSQL) Methodology competence: Experience in dealing with agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and project management Self-responsibility and organisational skills: self-responsible operation, pronounced organisational skills and high level of problem-solving competence Language competence: Very good German knowledge (min. C1 level) and ability to communicate clearly and precisely
