To strengthen our team in Heidelberg, we are looking for a full-time full-time of 40 hours: Senior Consultant (m/w/d).

You are contact persons for all exam-relevant topics Management of audit-relevant data including time-limit monitoring Planning, processing, reprocessing and archiving of tests Advice and support for students and lecturers in all areas of examination appointment and general administrative office activities of the Audit Office Processing of applications and production of certificates, note documentation, extricacies etc. Support of the Audit Committee for the implementation of the Audit Organisation and for other tasks

completed commercial training with first professional experience or completed university studies Self-safe and sympathetic personality towards students and employees Embossed service orientation, organisational skills and communication skills Self-employed, targeted and conscientious working methods and rapid understanding Teamability, resilience and enforcement Safe handling of current MS Office applications Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
