Your tasks: Administration & organization of the conference booking system Support of colleagues in the operational service area Pre- & post-processing work in the daily operation Compliance with hygiene, quality and company standards Timely & thorough processing of guest requests Planning & implementation of in-house events / special events Regular exchange & coordination with your manager Clean & well maintained appearance incl.
