For our Servicefeld Portfolio Steering & Pricing in the Tribe Portfolio Planning & Steering we are looking for you in full or part-time as a portfolio taxer (m/w/d) in Karlsruhe and Münster from 30 hours per week.

Tasks with perspectives The focus of your task is the application and further development of agile portfolio management (aPFM). Within the aPFM process, you are responsible for parts of the preparation, execution and reprocessing of the aPFM-relevant formats (including portfolio review and planning meetings). You provide input in the implementation of effective methods and structures for controlling a consistent overall portfolio. You communicate with the stakeholders, ensure the achievement of quality goals and deadlines. You think and trade entrepreneurially and make a high contribution to achieving efficiency gains in the process.

Personality with profile You bring a completed study of the business economy with a focus on (economic) informatics or comparable qualifications as well as many years of professional experience and knowledge in the agile methodology (Bsp. SAFe), ideally training/training with focus on Agile Coaching, Scrum Master or the like. You convince with your pronounced abstraction, creative solution skills and very good enforcement and communication skills You have a very good method skills in classic and/or agile project management and work highly independently You encourage you to successfully complete projects together with employees and teams You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level).
