For our commitment to our customers in Schwarzheide, we are looking for dedicated service managers for industrial cleaning / service (m/w/d), who contribute with care, responsibility and team spirit to a safe and smooth production process.

Your duties

• Disciplinary and professional leadership as well as further development of commercial employees and employees

• Implementation of efficient capacity and personnel management to ensure high productivity

• Total responsibility for project management from acquisition and supply creation to acceptance in compliance with dates, quality and costs

• Management of sales and earnings and further development of KPI-based reporting

• Production-accompanying cleaning in the production areas of battery material production at Schwarzheide site

• cleaning of floor surfaces as well as pipelines, steel beams, pods, railings, lamps, staircases, elevators and roof and ceiling areas of the production halls.

• Ensuring complete performance and work documentation and implementation of order and cleanliness (5S)

• Close cooperation with the customer and the production and maintenance sectors involved

This will inspire us

• Technical qualification: completed techn. Training or in building cleaning craft, optionally a further education to master or technician

• Multiannual professional experience in industrial cleaning

• Good physical fitness and health fitness for activities under breathing protection (G26.2 screening)

• driving licence: class B

• Systems: Safe handling of the current MS Office applications; very good knowledge of German in word and writing

• Operation: Impressed customer and service orientation, team skills and willingness to integrate into new technologies, tasks and project requirements

• Personality: Embossed organizational skills, communication strength and a structured working style, with a high degree of self-responsibility, resilience and flexibility
