Team Leader Operational Logistics (m/f/d)

You will ensure the smooth running of the daily business together with the team. You participate in the shopfloor management and team meeting every day. You are responsible for maintaining and monitoring and reporting performance and quality indicators. You are monitoring the personnel deployment; In addition, you conduct employee talks and show skills needs for employees. You implement process optimizations together with employees and monitor and control productivity. You are responsible for compliance with work safety and environmental regulations (including instructions) and for compliance with the standards of order and cleanliness in the assigned areas.

You have logistical training or professional experience in logistics. You have ideally acquired relevant professional experience. You have MS Office knowledge as well as experience with popular warehouse management programs. You can professionally handle key figures (e.g. productivity, quantity planning, quality measurement etc.). You have very good knowledge of German and good basic knowledge in English, in both words and writing. You also have proactive action, organisational skills, communication and enforcement skills, so you can lead and motivate employees. You're ready to work in interlayer and on Saturdays.
