As an employee serial support software (m/w/d), you are responsible for creating software building documents and configuration determinations in the Configuration Management Database. Your further tasks: Change management: Control of software updates, patch management and review of backward compatibility Error Management & Troubleshooting: Analysis of Software Errors (Bugs) from Production or Field Production support: serial start support, flashing of control units and end-of-line tests Ensuring internal quality standards

completed studies (electrotechnics, computer science, mechatronics) or technical training with further training to the technician or comparable Multiannual professional experience in software development, testing or serial support Experience in creating software bundles desirable Knowledge in the field of embedded systems, ECUs, programming languages (C/C++) Experience with Microsoft and Linux environments Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Embossed problem solution competence, communication strength in interface management (development production)
