This could soon be your tasks: No a-la-Carte, no menu: creative cuisine with seasonal foods according to a menu plan that you like to bring. You master the basics of cooking and prepare dishes according to recipe. You introduce new recipe ideas and take the initiative. You respect the chef's instructions You control and clear the goods. You know and respect the HACCP hygiene and safety standards and fill control and monitoring documents. You occasionally get in touch with the guests and exchange with them.
