To strengthen our R&D team at the Waldshut-Tiengen site, we are looking for a Head of R&D Low Voltage and Components (f/m/d)

Design the future of energy supply with us – take responsibility for design, new and further development as well as optimization of innovative cable assemblies in the low-voltage range up to 1 kV, which you will realize together with your dedicated three-member team. Personnel and specialist management of the R&D low voltage and components department Management and cooperation in projects for the new development and optimization of cable fittings up to 1kV and components Creation of 3D designs and drawings derived therefrom as well as design data for products and tools Creation and development of design guidelines and product documentation Support for process design or optimization of processes Definition of inspection procedures for incoming goods and production on material-technical issues Coordination and development of cooperation with external partners, laboratories, suppliers, research institutions and universities

Complete degree in mechanical engineering or mechatronics (Dipl.-Ing. / Bachelor/Master) leadership experience and/or experience in a similar position of advantage Knowledge of CAD and 3D design (Creo – Key User Function) as well as knowledge and application reliability of relevant standards for testing and developments of the materials and products/gradations set Knowledge and experience in plastic injection moulding (tool knowledge, material knowledge) Basic electrotechnical understanding Embossed communication skills in the languages German and English readiness for occasional travel in Germany and abroad (10%)
