For the children's tripod team (KoCkPiT) we are looking for a full-time (38,5 hours/week)/part-time: Care specialist*mann with deepening pediatrics or Senior Consultant (m/w/d) The place shall be occupied without delay. What does the Children's Palliative Team (KoCkPiT) do? You are the first contact person for patients in specialized, outpatient palliative care for children, young people and young adults with a life-limiting, non-curable, progressive disease. You support the preservation of the quality of life and self-determination and enable a decent life in a familiar home environment with their families. A completed training in the field of palliative care is desirable.
