Head of Logistics & Quality Control – Ophthalmic Optics (m/f/d)

You control and optimise our entire logistics as well as the storage and material flow processes and ensure efficient and timely supply along the supply chain. You carry out the purchasing, quality management and logistics teams professionally and disciplinaryly and continuously develop cross-disciplinary processes. You develop our purchasing strategy, build long-term supplier partnerships and secure reliable procurement. You are responsible for uniform quality standards, control Cause Analysis in quality deviations and guide sustainable improvement measures. You introduce key figures and reporting, identify risks along the supply chain and work closely with the management as well as your colleagues in the respective departments and external partners.

You have a completed degree in the field of logistics, business management or a comparable discipline. Ideally, you have already gained experience in purchasing, logistics, quality management or process optimization. A training as an optician or professional experience in optic or optic Eyewear industry is a great advantage, but no requirement. You have a strong technical understanding, analytical thinking and a high quality awareness. You work structured, take responsibility and are entitled to continuously ensure and develop the quality of our products and processes. You communicate safely with internal and external contacts and bring good knowledge of German and English.
