SSB stands for local transport, which moves all over Stuttgart and the region. Our over 3,700 employees bring more than 600,000 passengers to their destination quickly, cheaply, comfortably and sustainably. In order for this to remain the case, our internal services, such as the occupational health service, ensure the well-being and safety of all colleagues. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a working physician / specialist in occupational medicine (m/w/d). As part of the occupational health team, you are a central contact point for all matters relating to medical work protection. Adjustment and traffic medical aptitude tests – especially in the field of bus and rail – are carried out independently. You advise and investigate the employees according to the occupational health precautionary regulation. As part of your activity, you will treat employees with health impairments, prolonged illness and reintegration, and actively participate in operational integration management. Psychic first care after serious accidents is one of your tasks. Consulting topics related to health protection and prevention are part of everyday life for you – both for managers and employees. You are in business health management. With your expertise, you actively shape the workstation-related advice on physical and mental illnesses. The participation in risk assessments and the ergonomic design of jobs is your responsibility. In acute situations, you are part of the first aid.

You have a completed medical study as well as a further education for the specialist: in occupational medicine or the additional name of occupational medicine. If you provide the clinical conditions, a further training to the specialist is also possible – the full competence for further training is available. Ideally, you have practical experience in the medical environment and know the special requirements in this area. Knowledge of basic psychosomatic care is advantageous. Dealing with common practice software is familiar to you – you have already worked with Fabiola. You work structured, responsibly and with pronounced service orientation. Friend appearance, team spirit, resilience, discretion and flexibility – even in emergencies – are a feature.

Always reliable: annual special payments in July and November Looking into the future without worries: occupational retirement provision Discover new things: with the free Germany ticket The next goal in view: further and further training opportunities How at home: SSB apartment within the scope of availability
