(Senior) Associate Structured Finance (w/m/d) Factoring

Acquisition and consulting of companies in takeover situations, in particular working capital financing (factoring and cross-boarder) Advising portfolio companies that have a private equity investor as a background and supporting private equity investors, Leveraged Finance banks and Financial Advisors in financing issues for their portfolio companies / customers Creation of individual concepts for financing the revolving capacity taking into account local/processual features (incl. creation of term sheets, market-based decision templates, etc.) Participation in transaction-related deal teams, independent takeover of individual process steps (from initial contact to payment of the transaction) Visiting potential customers and leading consultancy talks with the aim to make financial statements Supporting private equity investors and companies with private equity background and expanding the existing contact network Independent, ongoing information collection on product and service changes and active market observation

Successful completion of studies in economics or comparable background Multiannual professional experience in one of the following areas: Factoring, M&A, Corporate Finance or Credit Insurance Communicative, dedicated personality with targeted and customer-oriented working style and appropriate traveling readiness Strategic and solution-oriented thinking and action Very good presentation and communication skills, as well as initial knowledge in project management Enthusiasts, integrity, loyalty and service orientation Very good English knowledge in word and writing and very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
