(Senior) Logistics and Material Flow Planner (m/f/d)

Design the future of our logistics as a (Senior) logistics and material flow planner (m/w/x) at our site in Gütersloh and take over responsibility for modern intralogistics solutions with real impact. In the role as a logistics planner, you work closely with colleagues from all over Europe, drive automation, digitalization and innovative warehouse concepts and grow professionally and personally with your team. Develop intralogistic concepts: You design and plan modern warehouse and logistics solutions - from manual to partially automated to highly automated systems - with a clear focus on efficiency, scalability and customer benefits. Data-based material flow and area planning: Based on structural data analysis, you plan material flows, storage strategies, and surface layouts and use modern tools for simulation and visualization to make informed decisions. Advice at eye level: You are central: contact person:in for internal and external customers:individually analyze their requirements and present tailor-made solutions that improve processes and create measurable added value. Project management from planning to implementation: You accompany the implementation of your concepts at our logistics locations, support the selection of suppliers, coordinate part-projects and keep in mind budget, schedule and productivity and personnel needs planning. Teamwork & continuous improvement: In an international team of logistics planners: you share knowledge, learn from successes and mistakes and drive the further development of our logistics standards together with the team.

Qualification: You have a successfully completed study in the field of logistics management, (economic) engineering, business management with a focus on logistics or a comparable qualification with strong logistics focus. Professional experience in intralogistics: at least three years of relevant professional experience in logistics and material flow planning, automation in intralogistics and/or implementation of greenfield, brownfield or optimization projects Methods & IT competence: You bring a very good analytical understanding, work safely with common planning tools and MS Office; Experience with simulation and visualization tools is a plus. Readiness to travel: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as the readiness to national and international missions.
