Team Leader Technical Component Testing (m/f/d)

You guide your team in a disciplined and professional manner and develop your employees in a targeted manner You control the time and spatial planning of the audits with the order control and efficiently organize the tasks in the team You ensure compliance with standards, regulations and internal processes You monitor tests and evaluate test results with technology and quality assurance You conduct strategic projects and coordinate operations in coordination with internal areas and customers You are responsible for products, equipment, technologies and work and protection products in the team

You have a degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, high voltage technology or a comparable technical qualification You bring multi-year professional experience in the technical environment, ideally in the field of testing You have already gained first experience in managing employees You have sound knowledge of component testing and a good understanding of relevant standards and regulations You are characterized by a structured manner of operation and a high degree of problem-solving competence. You act independently and understand how to motivate and develop your team
