Project Administration and Controlling Third-Party Funding (m/f/d)

In the Department of Budgets and Finance, third-party funds must be given the following two positions at the next possible time: Projektadministration und -controlling (debate group 9b TV-L, 100%, unlimited) The third-party funding field supports scientists from the costing and management to the accounting of third-party funded projects and activities in research, teaching, transfer, training and scientific events. The two posts are part of this service of the central administration.

You advise the project leaders in financial planning and prepare calculations and offers for third-party funding projects, depending on the project gen­eration based on a Cameral Revenue and Expenditure calculation or on the basis of full cost. You monitor the management of ongoing third-party funding projects on the basis of costing and financial planning, taking into account the fiscal and regulatory framework. You monitor the document management and document template for project costs and ensure proper and auditable use of funds and financial management on the basis of financing conditions and the applicable accounting rules. You are organising medium-term calls, intermediate and use evidence and monitoring proper cash inputs and compliance with grant guidelines and conditions. You shall be responsible for the proper accounting of the third-party projects and shall arrange all necessary accounts. You prepare the audit and audit documents and are available to the auditors for questions.
