You monitor and analyze the IT costs, perform regular cost analyses and create reports to identify savings potentials and cost optimization options. In budget planning and control, you support the creation and monitoring of the IT budget, ensure compliance with budget requirements and recognize deviations early on. You use and optimize existing controlling and reporting tools to continuously improve cost control and transparency You accompany and support IT projects in terms of cost management, evaluate project costs and ensure financial feasibility. You are responsible for calculating the service costs of Group IT. With QS measures, you ensure a high quality of the relevant master data that serves as the basis for automatic monthly service billing In addition, you advise the IT department and other stakeholders on cost management issues and promote cooperation to achieve the financial goals.

You have a degree in Business Informatics, BWL or the like. This includes sound knowledge in economic and technical fields and an ability to link both disciplines. You have several years of experience in IT controlling or in a comparable activity. You have shown that you are able to carry out budget analyses, monitor costs and manage the financial aspects of IT projects. You have profound experience in the integration of enterprise service management systems in kfm. Process You can interpret complex data and create reports. You are trained in filtering out relevant information from large data sets and preparing it in a comprehensible and precise manner. Your knowledge of German and English is very good. You can easily communicate in both languages, in writing and oral, and may have gained international experience. You communicate and work effectively with departments and stakeholders. You are able to communicate between different interests and jointly develop solutions that serve the business objectives.
