Supply Chain Management supports the sustainable growth and success of ZEISS Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology (SMT). The SMT is committed to a strong partnership with its suppliers and is constantly working to expand these cooperations to sustain technology leadership. A highly motivated team, consisting of experts with diverse competencies, works closely together to make cutting-edge technology a reality.

Leadership and development: You lead a team of 15-20 highly qualified employees and report directly to the Head of Division “Supply Chain Excellence”. Their task is to increase the performance in the organization by developing targeted training such as negotiation management, lean management and six-sigma.

Innovative solutions: Together with your team, you develop creative and cross-functional solutions for complex negotiation situations and contract constellations. You share this knowledge with relevant supply chain departments to maximize efficiency.

Supplier development: Their goal is to train our suppliers in important topics such as regulatory and sustainability, in order to optimally position the SMT supply chain for future requirements.

Expertise building: You expand expertise in regulatory requirements such as export control and sustainability and integrate these topics as central corporate values in the entire supply chain.

Cooperation and cooperation: You work closely with the SMT Supply Chain departments, Corporate Procurement and other ZEISS units to achieve common goals.

Academic background: You have successfully completed your studies in economics or engineering.

Experience and leadership skills: With several years of professional experience - including experience in disciplinary and lateral leadership, ideally in special machine construction, medical technology, aerospace and management consulting, you are well prepared.

Regulatory know-how: You have several years of experience in regulatory context, ideally with E2E-Supply-Chain reference.

Training competency: Your experience in the design and implementation of targeted training concepts distinguishes you. You are analytically strong and enforceable.

Team leadership: You are happy to lead and develop teams.

Language skills: You master German and English fluent in word and writing.
