IT Support - 3rd Level (w/m/d)

You blossom in your mission, for:

• You are responsible for the operation and optimization of client/server infrastructures.
• Analyze and resolve errors in SCCM software distribution, patch distribution and Windows installations and manage GPOs & Intune policies.
• You also support the planning and execution of end device rollouts and are responsible for software management (packaging, lifecycle management & assignment).
• Your tasks include management of Incidents, Changes and Releases according to ITIL as well as vulnerability management and curing of clients according to CIS requirements.
• Last but not least, you work in projects, take responsibility in subprojects and coordinate internal service units as well as external providers.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Knowledge of SCCM, Microsoft ConfigMgr and Intune
• Experience with MS Windows 10/11 operating system, MS Office, MS Edge Chromium and Microsoft PowerShell
• Very good knowledge of software package and distribution
• Good knowledge of Entra ID, M365, Autopilot
• Personally, we especially like your independent, analytical and structured way of working as well as your knowledge of German and good English.
