Inside Sales Representative - International Sales (m/f/d)

You process customer requests independently, create offers and take over the reliable execution of the resulting orders. As a competent contact person, you serve our customers and accompany their orders from the request to the timely delivery. You provide complete and up-to-date care of all customer and order-relevant data in our ERP system SAP. In close cooperation with our external service as well as the adjacent departments, you ensure smooth order processing and high customer satisfaction.

You have completed commercial training, preferably as an industrial businessman (m/w/d), or an economic study. Ideally, you will bring several years of professional experience in customer service, sales service or customer support. Thanks to your very good English and French knowledge in word and writing, you also communicate with international customers safely and confidently. In dealing with MS Office, especially Excel, you are routined and safe. Knowledge in SAP is an advantage. You work independently, structured and service-oriented and convince by your strong communication skills and pleasure in handling customers.
