Head of Technical Asset Planning (m/f/d)

As Head:in Technical Asset Planning (m/w/d), you will design the energy future with us. You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the Technical Asset Planning team. You will recognize potentials, promote individual strengths and inspire your team for common goals. You make sure that triggers and needs are professionally recorded, evaluated and condensed with time horizons to clear, priorityable asset needs. You are responsible for your team developing standardized, comparable measures within the asset concepts that serve as a resilient basis for portfolio management and building of the building program according to the managed asset process. For close and constructive cooperation with portfolio management, network planners and network management as well as other interface areas, you will represent the interests of technical asset planning in cross-departmental rounds. You identify optimization potentials in processes, standards and procedures of your team and actively promote their implementation and improvements together with your employees.
