Customer Service Clerk Spanish & English (m/f/d)

You're a language and communication talent? Then, as a specialist, introduce customer support Spanish and English (m/w/x) to one of our international customer support teams at our Harsewinkel location. With the help of your expertise, you professionally support our global customers from the healthcare industry. You are on it! The position must first be fixed for one year.

Professional customer contact: You are in written and telephone contact with customers from the healthcare sector every day – in Spanish and English you are kindly and competently answering the open questions of the interlocutors: you can also support your colleagues in the German if necessary Order processing: You accompany the customer orders through the entire ordering and delivery process. To do this, you place the orders in our SAP system and work closely with the operational logistics area and quality assurance. Routinized and professionally, you process returns and complaints and coordinate transport disposition and export processing Reporting and master data management: You first write reports and submit the customer and article master data in our SAP system

Personality & Qualification: Communicative and committed person with successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a businessman for office management (m/w/x) or industrial businessman (m/w/x), alternatively cross-entry (m/w/x) with experience in customer support Experience: First experience in an international customer service environment Language knowledge: Very good knowledge in Spanish and English as well as good language skills in German IT Skills: Secure handling of the MS Office package and first contact points with an ERP system (ideally SAP)
