Actively support the structuring, negotiation and implementation of complex financial instruments in an international context. Support all tasks related to the acquisition, supervision and coordination of regional and international banks and institutional investors. Actively participate in ESG-relevant and innovative financing projects. Prepare regularly and ad-hoc data for analyses and evaluations on new and existing financing. Create professional presentations for internal decision-makers and external financial partners. Coordinate relevant financing arrangements with internal departments and national companies. Administrative topics such as entering data into our internal financial systems are also part of your task.

You bring a successfully completed study and several years of professional experience in the field of corporate financing, ideally collected at a globally operating bank or an internationally oriented company. You are trained in the interpretation of balance sheets and financial indicators and can present them to external financial partners. Negotiating German and English skills are required. An international Vita and intercultural competency, complemented by another foreign language (e.g. French, Italian), are welcome. You have a high affinity for targeted negotiations, show enforcement ability and convince by clear communication and your sovereign appearance. You are open to international travel. You are highly motivated and appreciate the close, daily vote in the team, which is why your presence on site is important for us up to 5 days a week. .
