Planning, design and implementation of security architectures in the network and infrastructure environment Installation, configuration and administration of firewalls (especially Fortinet) and VPN environments Processing and analysis of Security Incidents, including notifications from Managed SOC, Endpoint, Web and Mail Security Systems Support and optimization of web security infrastructure (Proxy Services, Sandboxing, URL-Filtering, SSL-Inspection) Management and development of mail security systems (space filtering, anti-virus, sandboxing) Proactive analysis of finding and implementation of risk mitigation measures Working with the implementation and compliance of information security standards (e.g. ISO 27001) Cooperation with network, server and cloud teams to secure the IT infrastructure holistic

Multiannual professional experience in IT security, ideally in enterprise or corporate environments Funded knowledge of firewall administration, policy design, VPN, IPS and Troubleshooting (fortinet preferred) Experience with Web and Mail Security Technologies (Proxy, Sandboxing, Anti-Virus, Spam Filtering) Experience in the processing of Security Incidents and in handling SIEM/SOC systems Basic understanding of cloud security concepts (e.g. Conditional Access, CSPM) ISO 27001 knowledge or experience in certified IT organizations Analytical thinking, structured working and sense of responsibility Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
