You are responsible for the planning and monitoring of all maintenance measures at the Brandenburg site in compliance with the regulations and legal requirements Ensure a proper, safe and economical condition of the systems, infrastructure and vehicle technology You identify optimization potentials in processes, workflows and technical installations and initiate appropriate measures to continuously improve maintenance performance In coordination with the decommissioning management, you coordinate measures and separate resources cost-optimized In your work, you regularly agree with your team as well as the management

You have a completed master or technician You bring well-founded practice experience in maintenance, preferably in the metal, recycling industry or another manufacturing industry You have a strong technical understanding as well as deep know-how in handling machinery and equipment You are characterized by organisational skills, structured work and solid commercial basic knowledge You have leadership experience and pleasure in leading and developing a team An instructor certificate is advantageous
