Application/Support Specialist in the field of Power Quality (m/f/d)

Together with our team, you develop innovative hardware and software products successfully to market maturity Directly to the customer on site: you put our powerful database system software into operation in combination with our Power Quality meter and ensure a smooth start Support from a distance: You are at our side with advice and action – by remote assistance in commissioning and using our products share knowledge: You keep exciting product training for our customers and ensure maximum use of our solutions Participation in quality assurance: You bring your know-how into the release processes of our hardware and software components and contribute to continuous improvement

Technical training in your pocket: you have completed training or study in the fields of computer science, energy or automation technology (e.g. technician school, technical or university or comparable qualification) You have an affinity for or already experience with server infrastructures, network topologies, IT security and larger database systems – and are ready to further expand your knowledge Standards are familiar to you: IEC 62586, IEC 61000-4-30, IEEE 519 or EN 50160 are not new for you Quick conception: You do not frighten complex issues and find efficient solutions Self-responsibility and responsibility: independent work lies with you; You appreciate the freedom to design your tasks yourself Foreign languages in practice: You speak good English and/or French (min. B2) and are open to business trips if necessary Teamplayer: You have good communication skills, like working in the team, are helpful and promote cooperation
