Professional leadership, motivation and further development of a team of around 10 technical employees

Ensuring safe, economical and trouble-free operation of HKLS systems

Responsibility for the contractual provision of maintenance, service and maintenance services

Central contact for the client in all technical questions of the responsibility area

Managing entrepreneurs and ensuring quality, costs and timeliness

Completed training as plant mechanic HKLS, SHK plant mechanic, plant mechanic plumbing, heating and air conditioning, heating engineer or gas and water installer

Advanced training for masters or technicians in the field of heating, air conditioning, ventilation or sanitary technology

Multiannual professional experience in facility management, technical building management or technical maintenance

German knowledge at level C1 and class B driving licence
