Werkstudent Marketing - Focus on Events & Customer Seminars (w/w/d)

You support the planning, organisation and implementation of internal and external events. You participate in the preparation and implementation of (digital) customer seminars and accompany the entire process from planning to seminar preparation to participant management in the ERP system. You coordinate organizational processes and agree with internal contacts and external service providers. You'll create and care for event documents and support the refurbishment of events. You can independently take smaller subprojects within larger events and successfully implement them. You support the marketing team in day-to-day business organizational and administrative tasks. You bring your ideas into continuous optimization of processes around events and customer seminars.

You are a registered student (m/w/d) from the fields of communication/media communication or BWL with deepening in marketing/PR or similar. You are an organizational institution with a quick understanding and bringing the required level of implementation. You have very good knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as teams and high online and media affinity. You are a team player with a lot of commitment and convince by your positive attitude, your creativity and your communication skills.
