We guarantee you a tariff salary, appreciation advice at eye level and 30 days holiday in the first year of employment

You mount parts on campers and caravans. You mount furniture, shelves and other interior parts in the vehicle. You build accessories and various vehicle parts. You work according to simple work instructions and technical drawings. You check whether all parts are properly installed and work.

Ideally, you have completed training as a motor vehicle mechatronic (m/w/d), motor vehicle mechanic (m/w/d), utility vehicle mechanic (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d), mechatronic (m/w/d) or comparable technical or craft training. Alternatively, you can bring practical professional experience as a production employee, technician, assembly staff or production assistant (m/w/d). (m/w/d) with technical understanding are also welcome. Experiences in vehicle construction, motorhome construction, caravan construction, automotive sector, in production or assembly are advantageous. You work carefully and reliably, are team-ready and bring German knowledge at least on B1 level, ideally B2, as well as the willingness to work in early and late shifts.

We pay a tariff salary which depends on the wood & plastic tariff and if necessary Industry supplements, holiday and Christmas money as well as shift supplements according to the GVP tariff agreement. 30 days holiday from the first year of employment Mileage Your employment contract is unlimited.
