Your tasks

• Coordination of processing times of work packages with interface partners (project management, construction management, assembly)
• Ensuring complete project requirements
• Monitoring and reporting of project progress
• Internal appointment coordination and creation of a resource plan
• early detection of project deviations and introduction of appropriate countermeasures

That's what you bring

• A completed vocational training or comparable qualification with sound additional qualifications in appointment and resource planning
• Professional experience in resource and appointment management, in particular in railway automation projects (required)
• knowledge in planning and administration, scheduling and resource planning and personnel disposition
• Flowing German knowledge and a safe handling of MS-Project
• Impressed communication and organisational capabilities and enforcement
