Your tasks: As part of your activity, you take over the project management with the focus on building management, organization, documentation and commercial processes You are responsible for the quality, time and cost-oriented order processing of all process phases (performance phase 1-9 according to HOAI) and for the supply processing from basic determination to the acceptance of construction and planning services Creation of the project structure, including capacity planning in coordination with:the Head:in the technical project service Together with the controlling, you control and monitor the project budget You are responsible for carrying out procurement processes in cooperation with the regional and group purchase When submitting offers and contract negotiations, you will participate

Your profile: You have a successfully completed university degree as a civil engineer:in, architect:in or comparable Multiannual professional experience in project management as project manager:in or building manager:in the field of construction Very good knowledge of contract basis (work contract law) BGB / VOB incl.
