Tasks

• Consumption of technical enquiries and fault reports
• Identification of different technical problems
• Recording requests and creating a ticket

Requirements

• Feature as a neatly enrolled student in the fields of computer science, business informatics, systems/digital engineering, etc.
• Availability at least. 2 days/week
• basic IT confession
• ideally knowledge of IT support
• good communication skills (German knowledge C1) and friendly appearance
• high service orientation
• Flexibility and reliability
