You take over project responsibility within a complex development project with the focus on process development for coating a new product

They ensure consistent project management and compliance with project objectives through their project planning and control within a matrix organization

They take over the change management with regard to the project objectives (K,T,P) based on the existing development objectives and consistently keep these within their project environment

They regularly report on project status towards management and conduct milestone reviews

They also follow the project progress with external partners and ensure smooth interdisciplinary cooperation with internal and external interfaces

They take responsibility for the transfer of development processes from development to series production – thereby ensuring that we achieve our project and business goals

You have a successfully completed scientific or engineering degree/master study

You have several years of professional experience in the project management of development projects with professional leadership, ideally with GPM certification level D/C or comparable

They have several years of experience in the production and/or development of systems and/or processes, ideally in the field of coating (PVD/CVD)

They are characterized by a strong communication and team capability combined with conflictability, decision-making, resilience and enforcement capability

You have fun as a mediating personality to motivate employees, to steer them in a targeted manner and thus to form powerful project teams

It marks a structured and organised way of working, social competence, and knowledge of German and English that is safe to negotiate
