We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the field of networks: Projektvertrieb (m/w/d) Staff management: You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the subject area, ensure clear, targeted cooperation and actively promote the further development of your employees and support their continuous professional and personal qualification.

Customer advice and contract design: You advise our key and TOP customers in matters of the Energy Economics Act and its implementing regulations (e.g. virtual power plants, EEG and KWK plants as well as closed distribution networks and customer facilities) and are responsible for the creation, further development, implementation and conclusion of network connection agreements for different customer groups including the associated negotiation management of the divisions electricity, water and gas.

Market partner care: You maintain contacts with investors, engineering offices, associations and other market partners as well as municipal bodies, offices and associations.

Budget planning: You are responsible for the budget of a rolling 15-year planning (especially new connections, relocations and separations) and the resulting commissioning for implementation to our asset service areas incl. Monitoring.

Order control: As client of the asset service area, you control all customer-appointed measures and, together with this, ensure the contractual implementation.

Strategy and Change Management: You actively shape the strategic orientation of project sales and accompany your employees in the operational implementation of change processes.

A completed technical or economic studies - ideally with experience in energy supply

willingness to take responsibility as well as lead, coach and motivate employees

Secure handling of MS Office, SAP and digital tools
