Strategically maintain real estate: You are responsible for the technical support of P&C Group Germany's properties from Facility Management. Control projects & comply with regulations: You coordinate different FM projects, monitor their implementation and ensure that legal and professional requirements are met at any time. Configure systems: You support the introduction of a new ERP system or an alternative CAFM system and actively introduce your FM experience. Efficiently manage energy: You participate in the introduction of an energy management system (EnMS) according to ISO 50001 and contribute to sustainable energy optimization in the company. Processes & Costs Optimize: You accompany tenders and awards of control services and continuously develop our strategic facility management. Support planning: You will be able to create budget planning and forecast reports and create the basis for transparent decisions.

Your educational path: You have a completed degree in engineering, ideally with focus on facility management, a technical training with a corresponding additional qualification in the FM / real estate industry or a comparable qualification. Your experience: You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable function, especially with a strategic orientation in facility management. Your skills: You have very good MS Office skills and ideally experience in dealing with SAP. Your working style: You work structured, independent and goal-oriented and bring good communication skills and a pronounced number affinity. Your Mindset: You think service-oriented, bring operational readiness and have experience in dealing with different stakeholders and external service providers.
