Located in the centre of Jena, DERMALOG JENETRIC focuses on fingerprint detection. Our small team consists of experienced employees in the fields of development, production and sales.

For reinforcement teams we are looking for experienced support in parttime (about 20h/W) for logistics, purchasing and order processing.

Pick up offers and trigger orders from suppliers Monitoring of delivery dates and delivery status Collection and management of orders International shipment of goods including customs clearance Creation of order confirmations and invoices Cooperation with internal departments for optimal handling Maintenance of supplier master data and documentation of procurement processes Support in optimizing procurement and logistics processes

After your commercial training (or comparable), you could gain first practical professional experience, ideally in the international environment In doing so, you can experience dealing with ERP systems Your commercial understanding helps you to actively support the purchase of goods, order processing and the delivery of goods You always maintain a structured and reliable way of working and convince by your sovereign appearance towards suppliers and customers You have fluent language skills in German and English
