Working under GMP conditions in aseptic environment (purchasing room to class A) Microbiological and hygienic controls (including room and staff hygiene monitoring) cultivation, fermentation and purification of microbial cell cultures performing aseptic work steps including sampling, sterile filtration, cell number determination and OD measurement Cleaning, testing and management of equipment and storage of sterile materials Documentation according to GMP requirements and support for plant qualifications and process validations Participation in Aseptic Process Simulation (APS) and creation of SOPs Possibility of incorporation into the production of allergen active substances (e.g. extraction, freeze-drying)

(m/w/d) or comparable scientific/technical profession Experience in aseptic production and in dealing with microbial cultures Good knowledge of biotechnological manufacturing processes and aseptic working methods Safe handling of MS Office applications Careful, hygiene-conscious and structured working combined with technical understanding High level of team capacity, sense of responsibility and flexibility readiness to work under clean room conditions and with appropriate protective clothing Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, basic knowledge of English of advantage
