You advise interested parties - from customers and clients to agencies, job centers and other stakeholders - professionally and organizationally to our services portfolio in the labour market services business and, after initial consultation, to the educational consultants in the Digital Services segment.

In your role, you actively gain participants, perform follow-up actions and develop the educational chain for existing customers; processes all customer requests of the branch independently, monitors registrations, conducts appropriate measures and transfers active participants to the responsible customer supervisors in accordance with the process.

For the development, you will process documents such as educational vouchers, first offer and contract documents, complete the correspondence with interested parties and contracting entities and ensure complete documentation, proof management and data management in ORBiS in close coordination with the Commercial Service.

In addition, you will participate in the activities plan and marketing measures of the branch, support the preparation and refurbishment of trade fairs, information events and other events for the acquisition of participants and represent our training center/subsidiary on site.

As a contact person*in for business development and marketing, you pay attention to the topicality of the Internet presence and advanced training databases and at the same time ensure compliance with defined processes in your area of responsibility, to which you actively contribute to the continuous optimization.
