Responsibility for the operational management of the breakfast area and the lounge in the retreat Ensuring a first-class guest experience and a smooth service run on 5-star level Guided tour, motivation and development of the breakfast and lounge team Active cooperation in operating day-to-day business and model function for excellent service Ensuring and continuous optimization of our quality, service and hygiene standards Professional complaint and guest feedback management Implement new employees and support for our trainees, dual students and interns Close cooperation with kitchen, front office and other departments to ensure an outstanding guest experience

Complete training in hospitality, gastronomy or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the upscale hotel industry or gastronomy, ideally with leadership experience Excellent host personality with passion for excellent service and guest satisfaction Experience in leadership, motivation and development of employees High organisational capacity and a structured and independent way of working Safe appearance, communication strength and pronounced social competence Quality awareness, attention to detail and a high level of service orientation Good knowledge of hygiene and quality standards (HACCP) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, other foreign languages of advantage Safe handling of current MS Office applications and ideally experience with hotel and cash systems
