Vice President Crewing Operations (m/f/d)

In this key position, you take over the overall responsibility for the Crewing / Marine HR division and drive both the operating business and the strategic further development significantly.

Strategy & Transformation Further development and implementation of the crewing strategy Active design of digital transformation and process optimization Development of sustainable structures to increase efficiency, quality and scalability Identification of market trends and initiation of innovative approaches in crew management Control & Performance Responsibility for KPIs, Budget Planning and Forecasts Ensuring efficient, compliant and customer-oriented crew organization Analysis of performance data and derivation of targeted improvement measures Responsibility for compliance, audit processes and international standards Stakeholder Management Close cooperation with management / C-Level as savings partners Construction and maintenance of a resilient network to internal and external partners Control and development of national and international interfaces Leadership and Organization Leadership, development and coaching of executives and teams Promoting a performance-oriented, open and innovation-driven corporate culture Design of structures, processes and responsibilities in the sense of Operational Excellence

You are an entrepreneurial thinking leader with a strategic vision and at the same time strong implementation.

Professional & experience Successfully completed studies (e.g. business, logistics, maritime economy or comparable) Multiannual leadership experience in operations, crewing, marine HR or comparable structures detectable experience in transformation, digitization or restructuring Experience in Budget Responsibility, KPI Control and Performance Management Ideally knowledge in the maritime environment, workforce management or regulated industries Personal Representative leadership and communication skills Ability to act in complex structures and make changes active Entrepreneurial thinking and high ownership Analytical Strength and Solution-Oriented and Structured Operation English knowledge (min. C1)
